4.9 WLAN Card
Removing the WLAN Card
Remove the WLAN card according to the following procedures and Figure 4.19.
1. Disconnect the two antennas from the WLAN card.
2. Remove the two M2x3 screws securing the WLAN card to the motherboard. The card pops
up automatically.
3. Remove the WLAN card at a 45 degree angle.

Installing the WLAN Card
Install the WLAN card according to the following procedures.
1. Insert the WLAN card into the connector on the motherboard at a 45 degree angle.
2. Press down the WLAN card and secure it with two M2x4 screws.
3. Connect two antenna cables to the WLAN card. Connect the white antenna to MAIN #1 and
the black antenna to AUX #2 on the WLAN card.
NOTE: MAIN and AUX may be inscribed on the WLAN card next to the connectors to avoid
confusion when connecting the antennas to the WLAN card.
