Using the Battery Pack (continued)
Detaching the battery pack
1Turn the player off.
2Disconnect the AC adapter and the power cord from the player.
3Turn the player upside down.
4Slide the battery pack’s lock switch in the direction of the arrow 1 , then slide the battery pack in the direction of the arrow 2 to remove it.

5Replace the connector cover on the bottom of the player.
Note
Do not detach the battery pack while the POWER/CHG indicator illuminates in green or orange.
About battery pack life
Battery pack has a duration life. When the playback time becomes remarkably shorter, even if the battery pack is fully charged, change to a new battery pack (SD- PBP14).
