To adjust the volume of the speakers or the connected headphones

Turn volume control.

VOLUME		+	: Increase volume.
		–	: Decrease volume.

To stop playback

Press STOP.

STOP	The unit memorizes the location
	where playback is stopped. To clear
	the memory, press the STOP button

To turn off the power

Slide the power switch to “OFF”.

To remove the disc

Press the OPEN button on the main unit to open the disc cover.

	Remove the disc from under the rim
OPEN	while gently pressing down on its
	center.
	Close the disc cover after removing
	the disc.

CAUTION

Do not touch the spindle immediately after prolonged play, as it may have become hot.

Be careful in loading/removing a disc.

To pause playback (still mode)

Press PAUSE/STEP during playback.

PLAY/PAUSE To resume normal playback, press PLAY.

•Sound is muted during still mode.
