There are two kinds of tare subtraction

1) Direct tare subtraction

The tare weight is cleared automatically.

NOTE: Tare weight subtraction is available up to 30 Ibs. When tare weight subtraction is in operation, however, the scalable range for net weight becomes less by the amount of the tare.

(Net weight = Gross weight - Tare weight)
