Warranty
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ToteVis ion warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and
conditions for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase, subject to the limitations below. Should service be required by reason of
any defect or malfunct ion duri ng the warra nty period, ToteVi sion will repair or at its discretion replace this product, without charge (except
for a $15.00 char ge for handl ing, pa cking, r eturn shi pping, and subject t o verifica tion of th e defect or malfun ction), upon delivery of this
product to th e Factor y Servic e Center li sted bel ow with pr oof of dat e of pur chase. Duri ng the war rant y peri od Tote Vision will repair or
replace, f ree of charge, defective uni ts WHICH ARE NOT DEFECTI VE DUE TO ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR, USER ABUS E,
OR OTHER CAUSES NOT ARI SING OUT OF MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS I N MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHI P.
Before returning this product for service:
1. If it is necessary to pack the unit in other than original carton and protectors, please insure proper packaging for good protection.
2. Enclose a photocopy of your dated s ales recei pt, cr edit card s tatement, or other pr oof of the date of pur chase, a descript ion of your
complaint, your n ame, address and day t ime telephone number. (Do not use P.O. Box numbers since UPS cannot deli ver to P.O. Boxes.)
Your warra nty reg ist rat ion in format ion must be on fi le in our offi ce as a method of i dent ifi cati on. If proof of origi nal ownership is not in our
records, t he repair s will be t reated as “out-of-warra nty” and your unit will be returned to you after you have paid for repair and handling
charges.
3. For “In Warrant y repairs ” enclose a check or money order payabl e to the order of ToteVi sion for the sum of $15.00 for return postage and
handling.
4. Ship the un it prepa id to the Fact ory Service Center list ed below.
5. If your unit needs servic e after t he warranty per iod has expir ed, ship i t prepai d and insur ed to the Factor y Service Center bel ow. Enclose
a description of your complaint; your name, company name, address, and day time telephone number. You will be advised of estimated repair
charges.
NOTE: This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover:
(i ) products which have been damaged by negligence, misuse, accidents, abuse, acts of God, or units which have been modified or repaired
by unauthor ize d person s,
(ii ) crac ked or br oken uni ts or components or uni ts da maged by excessi ve heat or col d, or unit s exposed to exces sive UV lig ht.
(iii ) pr oducts which have thei r ser ial numbers r emoved, al ter ed or r ender ed il legi ble,
(iv) products that have cold cathode florescent tubes (CCFTs) that do not provide sufficient illumination,
(v) the cost of shipping this product to the Factory Service Center and its return to you.
No warranty, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use is made beyond this Limited Warranty. ToteVis ion
will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or lost profits arising from product defects or malfunctions. This warranty is valid
only in the Unit ed States of America and does not extend t o owners of the product subsequent to the or iginal purchaser. Any applicable
implied warranties are also limited to 1 year and ToteVision wil l not be li able for consequent ial da mages. (Some states do no al low
limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages, so that these restrictions may not apply to you.) This warranty
gives you spe cifi c lega l ri ghts , and you may a lso have other righ ts whi ch vary fr om stat e to s tate .
As a precondition to receiving any of the benefits of this limited warranty, your completed warranty registration information must be
on file in our office. IF YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT ON FILE WITH US, ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE DENIED. TO
PROTECT YOUR WARRANTY, MAIL YOUR REGIS TRATION I NFORMATI ON TODAY! Su bmis si on o f a u ni t de te rmi ned to be no t
defective will result in a charge to you for testing and handling the unit. Thoroughly test your unit before submitting it for warranty claim
repair.
