ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ToteVisionwarrantsto theoriginal purchaser that thisproduct isfreefrom defectsinworkmanshipandmaterial under normal useand conditionsfor aperiodof1year from thedateof original purchase, subject to thelimitations below. Shouldserviceberequiredby reasonof any defect or malfunctionduringthewarranty period, ToteVisionwill repair or at itsdiscretionreplacethisproduct, without charge(except for a$15.00chargefor handling, packing, returnshipping, andsubject to verificationofthedefect or malfunction), upondelivery of this product to theFactory ServiceCenter listedbelow withproofof dateofpurchase. Duringthewarranty periodToteVisionwill repair or replace, freeof charge, defectiveunitsWHICH ARE NOT DEFECTIVE DUE TO ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR, USER ABUSE,
OR OTHER CAUSES NOT ARISING OUT OF MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP. Beforereturningthisproduct for service:
1.Ifit isnecessary to packtheunit inother thanoriginal cartonandprotectors, pleaseinsureproper packagingfor goodprotection.
2.Encloseaphotocopy ofyour datedsalesreceipt, credit cardstatement, or other proofof thedateofpurchase, adescriptionof your complaint, your name, addressandday timetelephonenumber. (Do not useP.O. BoxnumberssinceUPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.) Your warranty registrationinformationmust beonfileinour officeas amethodof identification. If proofoforiginal ownershipisnot inour records, therepairswill

4.Shiptheunit prepaidto theFactory ServiceCenter listedbelow.
5.Ifyour unit needsserviceafter thewarranty periodhasexpired, shipit prepaidandinsuredto theFactory ServiceCenter below. Enclose adescriptionof your complaint; your name, company name, address, andday timetelephonenumber. Youwill beadvisedofestimatedrepair charges.
NOTE: Thiswarranty isvalidonly iftheproduct isusedfor thepurposefor whichit wasdesigned. It doesnot cover:
(i ) productswhichhavebeendamagedby negligence, misuse, accidents, abuse, acts ofGod, or unitswhichhavebeenmodifiedor repaired by unauthorizedpersons,
(ii ) crackedor brokenunitsor componentsor unitsdamagedby excessiveheat or cold, or unitsexposedto excessiveUV light.
(iii)productswhichhavetheir serial numbersremoved, alteredor renderedillegible,
(iv)productsthat havecoldcathodeflorescent tubes(CCFTs) that do not providesufficient illumination,
(v)thecost of shippingthisproduct to theFactory ServiceCenter anditsreturnto you.
No warranty, expressedor implied, asto merchantability or fitnessfor aparticular useismadebeyondthisLimitedWarranty. ToteVision will not beliablefor incidental or consequential damages or lost profitsarisingfrom product defectsor malfunctions. Thiswarranty isvalid only intheUnitedStatesofAmericaanddoesnot extendto owners oftheproduct subsequent to theoriginal purchaser. Any applicable impliedwarrantiesarealso limitedto 1year andToteVisionwill not beliablefor consequential damages. (Somestatesdo no allow limitationsonimpliedwarranties or exclusionsofconsequential damages, so that theserestrictionsmay not apply to you.) This warranty givesyouspecificlegal rights, andyoumay also haveother rightswhichvary from stateto state.
Asapreconditionto receivingany ofthebenefitsofthislimitedwarranty, your completedwarranty registrationinformationmust be onfileinour office. IF YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT ON FILE WITH US, ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE DENIED. TO PROTECT YOUR WARRANTY, MAIL YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION TODAY! Submissionofaunit determinedto benot defectivewill result inachargeto youfor testingandhandlingtheunit. Thoroughly test your unit beforesubmittingit for warranty claim repair.
