Product registration can be completed either online at Trane.com or by calling 800-554-6413. You will need the serial number, model number, and installation date for each product being registered. Your dealer may have included these on your invoice or can provide a list for you to use. Please take a few moments to record the following information to ensure your product registration process is quick and easy:

Service Information

Call your installing dealer if the unit is inoperative. Before you call, always check the following to be sure service is required:

a.Be sure the main switch that supplies power to the unit is in the ON position.

b.Replace any burned-out fuses or reset circuit breakers.

c.Be sure the thermostat is properly set.
