Finding a Lost Handset

You can use the intercom to page a lost handset . When the intercom tone
sounds, you can track the tone to t he lost handset.
Chain Dialing
If you often have to enter a series of digits or a c ode number during a ca ll, you
can save that code number as a phonebook ent ry and use the phonebo ok to
send the code number.

Setting Up Chain Dialing

Save the code number (up to 20 digits) into the phonebo ok just like a regula r
phonebook entry. Be sure to enter the code number i nto the phonebook exact ly
as you would enter it during a call.

Using Chain Dialing

1. M ake your call norm ally.
2. W hen you hear the prompt that a sks you to enter the code number, open t he
phonebook and find the entry t hat contains it.
3. P ress
MEnu/sElEcT
to send the code. If you change your mind , just close the
phonebook.
Voice Message Notication
If you subscribe to a voice mail ser vice, your phone can noti fy you when you
have a new message. This feature suppor ts Frequency-Shif t Keying (FSK)
notification. Contact your voic e mail provider for infor mation.
When you have new messages, the displ ay shows a message icon. Aft er you
listen to your messages, the mes sage icon turns off. I f it doesn’t, you can
