Common Issues

If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps first. If these steps do not solve your problem, please call our Customer Hotline (see At Uniden, we’ll take care of you! inside the back cover).

• Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the base or the charger (if you have
