Editing a Stored Name and/or Phone Number

1)Press and hold memory until "Memory Store" is		Memory Store
displayed.	1	UNIDEN CORP
	2	JOHN DOE

2)Press ▲ and ▼ or enter a number (0 - 9) to select the memory location you would like to edit.

3)Press select/ch.	Edit Memory 2
The following screen appears with the memory location	Delete Memory 2
number that you have selected in the display.	Go Back

4)Press ▲ or ▼ to select "Edit Memory", then press select/ch.

The following screen appears. The cursor flashes

indicating that the display is ready for the name to beStore Name

edited. When a name has not been stored, the cursor appears at the beginning of the second line.

5)Use the ▲ or ▼ keys, */tone , # , or delete to edit the name. (See page 19.)

To edit only the phone number, skip this step.

Store Number

6)Press select/ch. The following screen appears.8002971023 The cursor flashes indicating that the display is ready for

the number to be edited.

7)Use the number keys, redial/p, */tone , # , or delete to edit the phone number.

The phone number cannot exceed 16 digits. (See page 20.)

If you don´t want to change the phone number, skip this step.
