Troubleshooting
Problem: The power light does not turn on.
Solution: Check to make sure the batteries are oriented properly. Also make sure the batteries are new or have enough power.
Problem: The software states the camera is not connected.
Solution: Make sure the camera cable is plugged in. Verify that the USB port on the computer is functioning properly. Check to see if the camera power is on.
Problem: Cannot use the internal memory. Pictures do not save to the internal memory.
Solution: Check to make sure the backup battery is inserted properly and has enough power. Replace the backup battery if needed.
Problem: The LCD display does not turn on.
Solution: Press the LCD Display On/Off button to turn the LCD on. If the LCD display does not turn on, the batteries may be too low. Replace the batteries with a new set.
