Instructions for use
1.Thread power cord through clips at the back of the lamp.
2.Plug connector into the receptacle on the lamp.
3. Place the lamp and position to proper angle.
4.Slide the power switch to:
• Solid orange spot: Off
• Center (no spot): Nightlight
•Orange open circle: On
Unplug the power connector if the lamp will not be used for long periods.
Care and Cleaning
Your Verilux® lamp is made from high quality materials that will last for many years with a minimum of care.
Clean only with a soft dry cloth – DO NOT USE SOLVENTS OR CLEANERS CONTAINING ABRASIVES OR AMMONIA.
WARNING: To prevent risk of shock or personal injury when cleaning lamp, make sure you have turned off and unplugged the lamP.
