Assembly Step 6

Locate these parts:

HARDWARE BAG D

 

 

Door Handle Kit

1/4-20 x 3/8”

Bolts and

1/4-20 Lock

Washers (2 ea)

Handle Spring,

Handle Washer,

Mounting Plate

HARDWARE BAG E

Push Nuts

Nameplate with2 required Heat Indicator

Tools needed:

Phillips Head

Screwdriver

1.Assemble the door handle components as shown. With the handle washer and spring mounted to the door handle, insert the door handle into the front of the door as shown.

2.Place the mounting plate onto the backside of the door panel, capturing the door handle. Thread the bolts and washers into the back side of the door and tighten them securely.

3.Place the name plate onto the front of the door panel as shown below. From the back side of the door, place push nuts onto the mounting prongs of the name plate.
