The lower rack is best
for dinner plates,
smaller plates, serving
plates, larger bowls,
pots, and pans.
•Securely place
heavily soiled
cookware face down
in the rack.
•Use the fold-down
tines to provide space
for large items such as pots and pans.
•Make sure pot handles and other items do not stop rotation
of lower wash arm by hanging below the rack.

The Upper Rack

Theupper rack is best
for glasses, cups,
bowls, small plates,
and saucers and can
accomodate full sized
plates up to 10-1/4”.
•Make sure small
plastic items are
held firmly in place
with Hold Tight™
dividers.
•Make sure items hanging below the rack do not block the
rotation of the wash arm.

GeneralLoading Guidelines

• Load all items so that theforce of the water and the
detergentreach soiledsurfaces.
• Do not let china, crystal,and other delicateitems touch
eachother during dishwasheroperation.
• Do not use door to push racksin.
NOTE:Do not load dishes in a mannerthat would block the
detergentdispenserlid from completelyopening. The detergent
dispenserlid could be damaged.
NOTE:Do not put sterling silveror silver-platedflatware in the
samecompartment withstainless steel. Contactbetween the
metalscan damage silver.
Donot put stainless steelof different qualitiesclose to each other.
Contactcan damage metals.
Rinsestainless steelitems if they will not be washedimmediately.
Prolongedcontact withsalty or acidic foodswill cause stains.

Yourdishwasherhas been designed and engineeredto give
superiorcleaning resultsand to operate veryquietly. Toavoid any
extraclattering or thumpingnoises during operation:
•Keep sink drain plugs insertedduring dishwasheroperation to
preventnoise transferthrough drains.
•Load dishes so they do not toucheach other.
•Make sure lightweightitems are secured inthe rack.
•Make sure pot lids and handles,pizza pans, cookiesheets, etc.,
donot touch interior walls.
