Resetting Your Spa
Just like your computer at home, you spa electronics could get corrupted by electrical surges and operate improperly. If your spa system is not operating properly or shows any of the following messages, please reset it to see if the mal- function clears itself.
Turn power off for 15 full minutes – then – turn power back on – then- press “PROG”to show time_then_Hold “UP”for 5 seconds. Display will show 12:00p.m., indicating a successful reset (reboot).

FLO | Lack of water flow through heater. |
Remove filter and check for debris in the filter and filter adapter. If “FLO” remains check for closed gate valve or see priming the pumps.
HILI | Message appears if the heater |
| sensor detects 118F at heater. |
Remove spa cover and let the spa water temperature cool. Reset spa.
ICE | Water in plumbing below 50F | No action required. Pump |
