4.0. Electrical Connections
(1) Refer to Section 6.0 and manually tilt the TV up, and insert the pin [04] to the “UP” openi ng to hold the
TV up for easier electrical connections.
(2) Insert the AC adapter jack [06] into the control box, and plug in the electrical prong to e lectrical socket.
(3) Insert the IR receiver jack [07] into the control box, and attach the head of the IR rec eiver [07] to the
bottom of the TV. Make sure the IR receiver [07] is visible from the front of the TV.
(4) Insert one end of the optical cable [08] to the control box, and the other end to the Digital Optical
Audio Output on the back of the TV. This mount system detects whether the TV is ON or OF F by
detecting whether the LED light (red) from the Digital Optical Audio Output is ON or OFF ; and in Auto-
Mode (refer to Section 9.0), tilts the TV down when the LED light is ON, and returns the T V to the upright
position when the LED light is OFF.
Note: If the Digital Optical Audio Output of the TV is being used to drive speakers, then use an optical
splitter (not provided) to send signals to the control box.
Do not look into the LED light from the Digital Optical Audio Output, as this may cause tem porary or
permanent injury to your eyes.
Do not run any wires and/or cables near moving parts of this mounting system. Run the cab les and
wires through the shaded area as illustrated in Section 4.0 drawing.
4.0. Raccordements électriques
(1) Référez-vous à la section 6.0 et inclinez manuellement le téléviseur et insérez la go upille [04] dans
l’ouverture marquée « UP » (Haut) afin de garder le téléviseur dans cette position pour pou voir faciliter
les raccordements électriques.
(2) Introduisez la fiche de l’adaptateur AC (tension alternative) [06] dans la boîte de com mande et
branchez la broche électrique située sur la prise électrique.
(3) Introduisez la fiche du câble de réception IR [07] situé au bas du téléviseur dans la boîte de
commande et attachez l’extrémité du câble de réception [07] au bas du téléviseur. Assure z-vous que le
câble de reception [07] soit bien visible à l’avant du téléviseur.
(4) Introduisez une extrémité du câble optique [08] dans la boîte de commande, et l’autre extrémité dans
le dispositif de sortie audio optique numérique qui est installé à l’arrière du téléviseur. Ce s ystème de
montage détecte si le téléviseur est allumé ou éteint (ON ou OFF) en discernant si la lum ière de la DEL
(rouge) en provenance de la sortie audio optique numérique est en marche ou si elle est éte inte (ON ou
OFF). En mode Automatique (se référer à la Section 9.0), il incline le téléviseur vers le bas q uand
l’indicateur lumineux DEL est allumé et le redresse en position initiale quand l’indicateur l umineux DEL
(rouge) est éteint.
Remarque : Si la sortie audio optique numérique est utilisée pour animer des haut-parleur s, utilisez alors
un diviseur optique (non fourni) pour envoyer les signaux à la boîte de commande.
Ne pas fixer la lumière DEL rouge. Cela pourrait provoquer des dommages temporaires ou
permanents à la rétine.
N’installer aucun fil ou câble électriques à proximité des parties amovibles de ce systèm e de support.
Passer les fils et les câbles dans les parties ombrées, comme cela est indiqué sur le dessin f igurant à la
Section 4.0.
