Telephone base installation

Install the telephone base as shown below. The telephone base is designed for

desk or tabletop use only. Make sure that the electrical out let is not controlled

by a wall switch. If you subscribe to Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) high-speed

Internet service through your telephone line, you must have a DSL lter between

the telephone base and the telephone wall jac k. The lter prevents noise and

caller ID problems caused by DSL interference. Please contact your DSL service

provider for more information about DSL lters.
