I hear other calls when
using the telephone.
Disconnect the tele phone base from the teleph one wall jack. Plug in a dif ferent telephone. If
you still hear other calls, the probl em is probably in the wiring or local ser vice. Call your local
telephone company.

My caller ID features are
not working properly.
Caller ID is a subscription service. You must subscribe to this service from your local telephone
company for this feature to work on your tel ephone.
The caller may not be calling from a n area which supports caller ID.
Both you and the cal ler’s telephone companies must use equipment which are compatible
with the caller ID servi ce.
The caller ID information will b e displayed after the rst or second r ing.
If you subscribe to DSL service, install a DSL lter to the telephone line between the telephone
base and the telephone line jac k. Contact your DSL service prov ider for lter information.
