Food warming cabinet, 1, 2, or 3 drawers, Vulcan-Hart Model Nos. VW1S, VW2S, or VW3S. Heavy duty 20 gauge polished stainless steel cabinet. 4" adjustable legs. Cabinet sides and top filled with 1" thick insulation. Oversize drawer pull handle. Heavy duty 14 gauge stainless steel drawer slides are removable for easy cleaning. Each self closing drawer includes one 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan, one recessed thermostat adjustable to 190°F and one humidity control. One 475 watt (3.96 amp) heating element per drawer.Requires 120 volt, 60 Hz, single phase power supply. 6' power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug.
