Insert inner support tube (Part 4) inside telescopic body (Part 5) as shown in Figure 7. Tighten clamp collar as shown in Figure 8.

Thread electrical cord through inner support tube and telescopic body as shown in Figure 9 and affix curved upper arm and inner support tube with one threaded bolt as shown in Figure 10.
