PULP TOO WET OR NO JUICE OUTPUT:

Juice outlet spout is clogged:

Check to ensure the juice outlet spout is clean and open in the down position.

Excessive pulp buildup:

Clean the juicer blade, juicer cover and filter bowl.

Slow down the juicing process by putting less pressure on the food pusher.

JUICER LEAKS:

Check to ensure all the parts have been properly cleaned and assembled correctly.

Check to ensure the juice outlet spout is open and not clogged.

BLENDING JAR LEAKS:

Check to ensure the seal ring is present, correctly assembled to the blending jar and not damaged.

Check the blending jar and the blade base for cracks. Do not use if the appliance parts are damaged or missing.
