MOUNTING AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: For fixtures labeled for outdoor and wet location use, provide a
NOTE: Underwriters Laboratories (UL) does not require all fixtures to have ground wires. These fixtures meet all UL specifications.
1.Turn off power at circuit box to avoid possible electric shock.
2.Place mounting plate (A) against outlet box (B) and secure with outlet box screws (C) (not included) (see fig. 1).
3.Identify color coding of fixture wires (see fig. 2).
4.To connect wires, take black fixture wire (group A from fig. 2) and place evenly against black outlet box wire. Do not twist wires.
5.Fit wire connector (D) over wires and twist until there is a firm connection. If wire connector (D) easily comes off, reattach and check again for a firm connection.
6.Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the white (group B from fig. 2) fixture and outlet box wires.
7.Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the fixture ground wire and the outlet box ground wire (metal or green wire).
8.Tuckwires inside outlet box (B) (see fig. 1).
FIXTURE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Place back plate (E) over mounting plate (A) and secure into place with mounting screws (F).
2.Install lamps. Do not exceed recommended wattage.
3.Install weatherproof cap (G) onto fixture housing (H).
4.Turn power back on at circuit box.
