Troubleshooting
No power
xMake sure AC cord is plugged into the back of the LCD TV.
xҏMake sure AC power cord is securely connected to the AC socket.
xPlug another electrical device (like a radio) to the power outlet to verify that the outlet is supplying the proper voltage.
Power is ON but no screen image
xҏAdjust brightness and contrast.
xCheck Source settings.
Wrong or abnormal colors
xIf any colors (red, green, or blue) are missing, check the video cable to make sure it is securely connected. Loose or broken pins in the cable connector could cause an improper connection.
xThe red connector for right audio is easily confused with the red Pr connector in YPbPr component video input. Double check that they are correctly attached.
xRemove distribution amplifiers from the signal path.
Snow appears on screen
xCheck your antenna connection.
xRemove unnecessary signal splitters to improve signal quality.
xReplace poor or worn cables to properly match 75 ohm impedance.
xCheck TV / CATV selection.
No sound
xCheck your audio connection.
xPress MUTE on the remote control again, so that MUTE disappears from the screen.
xCheck your audio settings; your TV audio may be set to SAP.
xPress the VolŹ key on your remote control.
xMake sure that headphones are not connected.
Remote control does not work
xMake sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
xReplace old or worn batteries.
Remote control code not found in “universal” remote
xPurchase a separate “learning” remote control.
