Performance problems often result from little things you can find and fix yourself without tools of any kind.

lIs the Run Switch set to ON?
If there is a raffling or jingling noise, or other un- familiar sound:
l Is something on top or behind the refrigerator making noise when the refrigerator is running?
If fhe light does not work:
l Have you checked your home’s main fuses or circuit breaker box?
. Is the power supply cord plugged into a live cir- cuit with the proper voltage? (See page 4.)
If a bulb is burned out:
l See instructions for changing the light bulb on
page 6. Use appliance bulbs only. If the motor seems to run too much:
l Is the condenser, behind the refrigerator, free from dust and lint?
l On hot days; or if the room is warm, the motor naturally runs longer.
. If the door has been opened a lot, or if a large amount of food has been put in, the motor will run longer to cool down the interior.
l Is frost
Remember: Motor running time depends on dif- ferent things: number of door openings, amount of food stored, temperature of the room, setting of the control and damper position.
