Under no circumstances shall it be liable under this warranty for incidental or consequential damages and all implied warran- ties are limited to the same time period stated in the express warranties for Roper Brand Appliances. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
