Using the ice and water dispensers (cont.)

To dispense ice:

1.Press button for the desired type of ice.

2.Press a sturdy container against the ice dispenser lever. Hold the container close to the dispenser opening so ice does not fall outside of the glass.

IMPORTANT: You do not need to apply a lot of pressure to the lever in order to activate the ice dispenser. Pressing hard will not make the

ice dispense faster or in greater quantities.

3.Remove the container to stop dispensing.

NOTE: The dispenser will not operate when the freezer door is open. The first few batches of ice may have an off-flavor from new plumbing and parts. Throw the ice away. Also, take large amounts of ice from the ice bin, not through the dispenser.

Distribution de glace :

1.Appuyer sur le bouton pour le type de glace désirée.

2.Appuyer un contenant robuste contre le levier de distribution de glaçons. Tenir le contenant près de l’ouverture du distributeur pour que les glaçons ne tombent pas à côté du contenant.

IMPORTANT : Il n’est pas nécessaire d’appliquer beaucoup de pression au levier pour activer le distributeur de glaçons. Une pression forte ne donne pas une distribution plus vite de glaçons ou des quantités plus grandes.

3.Retirer le contenant pour arrêter la distribution.

REMARQUE : Les quelques premières quantités de glaçons peuvent avoir une saveur désagréable provenant d’une plomberie et de pièces neuves. Jeter ces glaçons. Par ailleurs, prenez de grandes quantités de glaçons du bac

àglaçons plutôt que par l’entremise du distributeur.
