1	Ground Meat	1/2 –2 lb	Remove any thawed pieces after each audible
		(200–900 g)	signal. Let stand for 5–10 minutes, covered.
2	Steaks, Chops	1/2 –3 lb	After each audible signal, rearrange. If there
		(200–1400 g)	are warm or thawed portions, shield with
			small flat pieces of aluminum foil. Remove any
			meat that is almost defrosted. Let stand for
			10–20 minutes, covered.
3	Boneless Poultry	1/2 –2 lb	After each audible signal, rearrange pieces or
		(200–900 g)	remove should they become warm or thawed.
			Let stand for 10–20 minutes, covered.
4	Bone-in Poultry	1/2 –3 lb	After each audible signal, rearrange pieces or
		(200–1400 g)	remove should they become warm or thawed.
			Let stand for 10–20 minutes, covered.
5	Casserole, Soup	1–6 c	After each audible signal, break apart and
		(.25–1.5 L)	remove any defrosted part. At end, stir well
			and let stand for 5–10 minutes, covered.
