One Pot Pasta
Once you have made this easy recipe, tailor it to suit your own tastes. Add your favorite shape of pasta and change up the sauce. Add meat and veggies. Recipes like this make busy days so much easier.
3 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups dry pasta (like penne, ziti)
2 cups liquid (beef or chicken stock or water)
1 cup favorite pasta sauce, bottled or homemade 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1Place all ingredients into Rice Cooker Pot.
2Close lid, press COOK.
3When the unit switches to KEEP WARM (approx. 18 to 20 minutes), open lid and stir. Close lid and leave on KEEP WARM setting for
5 minutes. Serve hot.

One Pot Pasta Primavera
3 - 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS
11/2 cups dry pasta (ziti, penne, etc.)
11/2 cups beef, chicken, or vegetable stock
11/2 cups pasta sauce, bottled or homemade
1cup fresh vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms) 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, optional
METHOD
1Add pasta, stock, and sauce to rice cooker. Press COOK.
2After 10 minutes, stir in vegetables and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
3Switch to KEEP WARM until ready to eat.
