3.Druk op de toets Proefafdruk.

4.Selecteer Aan aan de linkerkant van het venster Proefafdruk.

5.Druk op de toets Opslaan in de rechterbovenhoek van het venster Proefafdruk.

De resterende kopieën afdrukken of de opdracht verwijderen:

1.Druk op de toets Vrijgeven om de resterende kopieën van de opdracht vrij te geven en af te drukken.

2.Als u niet tevreden bent met de proefafdruk, drukt u op de toets Verwijderen om de kopieeropdracht te verwijderen.

Als u een set kopieerinstellingen heeft en deze in de toekomst opnieuw wilt gebruiken, kunt u deze onder een bepaalde naam opslaan. U kunt de instellingen dan op een later tijdstip ophalen en opnieuw gebruiken.

De huidige kopieerinstellingen opslaan:

1.Open het tabblad Kopiëren op het aanraakscherm.

2.Druk op het tabblad Opdrachtmodule.

3.Klik op de toets Huidige instellingen opslaan.

4.Druk linksboven in het venster Huidige instellingen opslaan op de pijltoets Omlaag en selecteer een van de beschikbare rijen.

Opmerking: Als u een bestaande rij selecteert, kunt u die opgeslagen instelling vervangen door uw huidige instellingen.

5.Voer de naam in voor de opgeslagen instelling met behulp van het weergegeven toetsenbord in het venster.

6.Druk op de toets Opslaan in de rechterbovenhoek van het venster Huidige instellingen opslaan.

Opslagen kopieerinstellingen ophalen

Als u de kopieerinstellingen voor specifieke soorten kopieeropdrachten heeft opgeslagen, kunt u de instellingen op eenvoudige wijze ophalen voor de huidige opdracht.

Opmerking: Zie pagina 106 voor het opslaan van de kopieerinstellingen met een naam.

De opgeslagen instellingen ophalen:

1.Open het tabblad Kopiëren op het aanraakscherm.

2.Druk op het tabblad Opdrachtmodule.

3.Klik op de toets Opgeslagen instellingen ophalen.

4.Selecteer aan de linkerkant van het venster Opgeslagen instellingen ophalen de opgeslagen instelling die u wilt ophalen.

Opmerking: Als u een opgeslagen instelling wilt verwijderen, selecteert u deze en drukt u op de toets Instellingen verwijderen.

5.Druk op de toets Instellingen laden in de rechterbovenhoek van het venster Opgeslagen instellingen ophalen. De opgeslagen instellingen worden nu geladen.
