3 Begin recording on the tape deck (or MD recorder etc.) connected to this unit.
4 If the tape deck connected to the TAPE terminals on the rear of this unit is used for recording, you can monitor the sounds being recorded by pressing the TAPE MONITOR switch so that the TAPE MONITOR indicator lights up.

Note
VOLUME, BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE, LOUDNESS controls and CD DIRECT AMP switch settings have no effect on the material being recorded.
