Starts playback of the currently selected group or track. Pressing the button during playback stops the playback temporarily (P.19).

In the copy or recording standby mode, press the button to start recording.

uREC

Sets the unit to the recording standby mode.

iTIMER REC

Press the button when configuring the time for timer recording (P.32).

oINPUT

Switches input sources (OPTICAL, COAXIAL, and ANALOG) (P.31). The lamp for the selected input lights up.

pTEXT/TIME

Switches display information (P.18).

aINTRO

Turns on/off the Intro Play mode (P.23).

sBOOKMARK

Adds bookmarks to favorite tracks (P.24).

Displays the menu screen corresponding to the current status of the unit.

fCLEAR

Deletes the selected item or clears the setting.

gHDD, CDR

Switches the unit between the HDD and CDR drive operation modes (P.14).

Press and hold to fast-forward the current playback (P.19).
