8. Installation- AMD (Athlon/Duron/Athlon XP-462)

1)Install Clip Support

Install the socket 462 Clip Supports as shown on the right.

Ensure to install A-Type clip support(Blue) by the Lever.

2) Apply Thermal Grease CPU

Spread thermal grease thinly and evenly over the CPU core.

3) Insert Bolts

Insert the bolts into the inner holes on the clip.

4)Fasten Bolts

Place the FHS on the center of the CPU. Screw in both bolts in an alternating fashion until they are completely tightened.

5)Supply Power

Connect FAN MATE 1 between the	3-Pin Fan
	Connector
motherboard and the fan.	(Mainboard)
