CLOSING THE STROLLER FOR TRAVEL
OR STORAGE
Each time, before closing your stroller, check the following:
a. Your child is clear of moving parts b. The rear brakes have been set
c. The backrest is in the full upright position
d. The front wheels are secure in the locked mode e. The canopy is retracted
f. All items have been removed from the basket g. The safety scarf is discharged
To close the stroller, push in on the main folding lock located in the middle of the stroller handle. With the main lock held in, pull up on the secondary lock while easing the stroller handle down, (Fig 11). Check to be sure the red frame lock secures
to the locking pin.
ATTACHING THE CANOPY
To attach the canopy, insert the plastic shafts into the plastic slots located on the outside of the main stroller tubes (Fig 9). Lift up to check that each side is locked into position. Open the canopy by pushing down on the plastic side canopy braces. Be sure to snap the canopy to the seat and backrest fabric whenever the seat is fully reclined. Retract the canopy by first pulling up on the side braces, then pushing the canopy hood back. The canopy can be converted to allow more air flow through the stroller. Unzip the lower half of the canopy from the upper half. This will leave a mesh cover that can snap to the back of the seat.“The
canopy may also be used as a napper canopy.Fig.9 Locate the zipper on the rear rib of the canopy.
When unzipped the canopy will fall forward over the bumper bar, completely shading baby from the world. To remove the canopy,first undo the snaps. Then press in the release tabs, located on the plastic slots, while pulling up on the canopy shafts.
CAR SEAT COMPATIBILITY
Although we have done our best to make the Zooper Tango as universally compatible as possible, the infant seat you have chosen may not fit well in the stroller. The models that we have tested and approved are: Evenflo On My Way
Graco Snug Ride and Safe Seat
Britax Companion
To install an infant carrier, first be sure that the infant carrier is not attached to its permanent car base. Locate the car seat adapter strap that was packaged with your stroller. It should have a buckle in the center, and a clip on each end. Next, identify the D-rings located in the hip points of the stroller seat. Ensure that infant seat has been removed from its permanent car base.

IMPORTANT CARE AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Avoid serious injur y from falling or sliding out, always use safety harness provided. Always engage the rear brakes when not holding onto your stroller.
Never leave your child unattended.
Never use the stroller near an open fire or exposed flame.
Never allow the stroller to be used as a toy.
Never allow more than one child at a time in the stroller, per seat.

Never hang bags or other items from the handle or on the canopy. This may cause

the stroller to become unstable.
Never use the stroller on stairs or escalators.
Do not overload the basket. Maximum load is 7 lbs. Excessive weight may cause a hazardous unstable condition to exist.
Do not overload the canopy pocket: Maximum load is 2 lbs. Excessive weight may create a hazardous unstable condition to exist.
Before each use, check to make sure the stroller is set up properly and that all the wheels are properly and securely attached.
This stroller is not recommended for use with a child over 55 lbs.
This stroller is designed as a walking stroller. We do not recommend running, roller blading, or other such activities with this stroller.
This stroller is a single stroller do not use any attachments that allow for a second child.
It may be unsafe to use accessories other than those approved by the manufacturer or distributor.
MAINTENANCE
Do not fold your stroller when wet.
Machine wash removable seat and armrest covers using gentle cycle, cold water, and a mild detergent. The canopy can only be spot washed. Line dry fabric parts.
Never use bleach when washing.
Do not leave your stroller in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Clean and lubricate all moving parts on the stroller frame and wheels as needed. Use only a penetrating silicon based lubricant.
Regularly check for loose screws, broken parts, etc. Use only Zooper
approved replacement parts available through the service centers listed below. Wipe off any sand, salt or other corrosive residue after each use where the stroller may be exposed to those elements.

UNLOCKING & OPENING THE FRAME
To open the stroller, first lift up on the gray colored frame lock located on the left side of the stroller, (Fig 1).
Be sure the frame lock detaches from the metal locking pin. Then pull up on the main stroller handle while pushing down on the top of the secondary lock, (Fig 2). Using your hand, push down on the front edge of the seat to ensure the stroller frame has locked properly in the open position. Do not push down on the
front armrest bar.

ATTACHING THE REAR AXLE & WHEELS TO THE FRAME
The rear wheels and rear axle come pre-assembled. Insert both plastic rear wheel housings onto the rear leg tubes of the stroller (Fig 4). Make sure the brake levers are facing out, away from the stroller. Then push in each locking spring located on the rear stroller tubes. Holding the locking pin in, slide each wheel block over the pin until it locks into place and the silver head of the locking pin can be seen protruding from the wheel housing (Fig 5).
Should there be a need to remove the rear wheel assembly, push in on the locking pins while pulling down on each wheel block.
When engaging the brakes,only press on the brake lever located on the inside of the wheels. Never press down on the brake ber.
!WARNING Do not use the stroller if the brake levers are not facing away from the stroller and if the locking pins are not visible as described above.

| To attach the front armrest to the stroller seat, line | |
| up the inserts of the armrest bar with the two plastic | |
| slots on both sides of the stroller seat (Fig 7). | |
| Slide the inserts completely into these slots, | |
| making sure that both sides secure into a locked | |
| position. Pull out of each side of the armrest to make | |
| sure the armrest is properly locked into the slots. | |
| The armrest should not release from the slots. | |
| To remove the armrest, locate the plastic tabs | |
| underneath where the armrest connects to the | |
| sides of the stroller. Press in the tabs while pulling | |
| up on the armrest. | |

The front wheels slide into the metal ends of each front leg tube. Press each wheel block firmly onto in the metal end tubes until they "click" into position (Fig 3). Check to see they have been properly installed by pulling down on the wheel block.
It should not move from the leg tube at all. Should there be a need to remove the front wheels, first locate the rounded metal spring lock on the side of the metal wheel housing. Press the spring lock in while pulling the wheel off the front leg tube.

ADJUSTING THE SEATBACK
To lower the backrest, lift up on the plastic lever located in the middle of the seatback. While holding the lever up, move the seatback down into desired position and then release the lever (Fig 6). To raise the backrest, push up on the back of the seat until it clicks into the desired position.
!WARNING Always keep your child in sight when making these kinds of adjustments. Check the fitting of the safety harness each time the backrest is adjusted to be sure a snug, yet comfortable fitting is maintained.
