DESCRIPTION

Thresholds

Fragment

The threshold (number of bytes) for the fragmentation boundary for directed messages.

Threshold

It is the maximum data fragment size that can be sent. Enter an even number from 256

to 4096.

RTS Threshold

Data with its frame size larger than this value will perform the RTS/CTS handshake.

Setting this attribute to be larger than the maximum MSDU (MAC service data unit) size

turns off the RTS/CTS handshake. Setting this attribute to zero turns on the RTS/CTS

handshake. This value must be greater than 0.

Retry Limits

Short Retries

Enter the number of times the ZyAIR may attempt to send the data packets without RTS

frame.

Long Retries

Enter the number of times the ZyAIR may attempt to send the data packets with RTS

frame.
