Description	Valid values:

nL = 3, nH = 0

0 ≤ d1 ≤ 3, 48 ≤ d1 ≤ 51 0 ≤ d2 ≤ 255

0 ≤ d3 ≤ 255

Assignes the choosen character table to the register d1 (0 - 3). The ESC t command (see page 103) can be used to activate the defined character set.
