Limpieza y mantenimiento

ADVERTENCIA: Desconecte la podadora de su fuente de alimen- taciónantesdelimpiarlaodedarle servicio. Pueden ocurrir graves lesiones o la muerte debidas a incendios, sacudida eléctrica o a las cuchillas cortadoras móviles.

ADVERTENCIA:Cuandolimpie la podadora:

•No la sumerja en ningún líquido

•Nouseproductosquecontengan amoníaco, cloro o abrasivos

•No use solventes de limpieza clorinados, tetracloruro de carbono, keroseno o gasolina.

Use un paño suave humedecido con una mezcla de jabón suave y agua para limpiar la carcasa de la podadora. Use un cepillo de cerdas duras para limpiar las cuchillas cortadoras, luego limpie con un paño. No rocíe ni vierta agua directamente sobre la podadora.

Una vez que la podadora esté limpia, apli- que una capa ligera de aceite a las cuchillas cortadoras para prevenir la oxidación y dar lubricación.
