Install Snow Blade Lift Arm

1.Move the mower deck lift arm to the “LOWERED” position.

2.Install the brass stand-off (A, Figure 10) at the top of the mower deck lift arm (B), using bolt (C) and wash- er (D).

3.Install the lift assist spring (E) from the rear edge of the tractor frame to the brass “C” clip (F) on the mower deck lift arm (B), if not already installed.

4.Slide the snow blade lift arm (G) underneath the trac- tor and attach the lift arm to the stand-off (A). Secure the lift arm with the hair pin (H). NOTE: Make sure to position the washer (D) between the hair pin (H) and the lift arm (G).

5.Attach the lower ball joint (I) to the bell crank (J). Secure the lift arm with the hair pin (H).
