Question: Where can I find the warranty information?

Solution: For the warranty applicable to your computer, including the warranty period and type of warranty service, see “Lenovo Limited Warranty” in the Safety and Warranty Guide that comes with your computer.

Question: How can I install the device drivers?

Solution: A compatible device driver is a requirement to ensure correct operation and performance of each component in your computer. If your computer is preinstalled with an operating system, Lenovo provides all device drivers that you need on the hard disk drive.

Question: What can I do if the backup process fails?

Solution: If you can start the backup feature without a problem, but it fails during the backup process, try the following:

1.Close other applications, then restart the backup process.
