To connect the Lenovo USB 2.0 Super Multi-Burner Drive (With LightScribe) to your system using self power with AC adapter, do the following:

1.Turn on your computer.

2.Connect the AC adapter to the DC IN connector1 on the USB 2.0 Super Multi-Burner Drive.

3. Using the USB cable, insert the cable plug 2 into the USB connector of the drive.

4.Plug the standard USB connector 3into the USB port of your computer.

5.Plug the power supply4 into an outlet.

Configuration 2: Connecting the drive using standard USB bus power

Requirements

vOne standard USB cable (shipped with this option).

vOne USB port (available on your system).

Specifications

Read and write of CD and DVD media are supported.

Note: Read and Write speeds are the same as with the AC adapter.
