Reading the Functions Edition (On-Line Manual) for This Machine

(1) Windows

1.Insert the CD-ROM that is included with the printer into the CD- ROM drive of your computer.

2.Click on [Documentation] under [Main Menu] on the left side of the screen shown below.

*If this screen doesn’t appear after you insert the CD-ROM, open the CD-ROM window to access its contents and double- click on the [setup.exe] file.

3. Click on [Operation Manuals] and then on [KM-P4845w/P4850w].

4.Click on [Functions Manual]. Acrobat Reader will start up and the Functions Edition (On-Line Manual) will open.

(2) Macintosh

1.Insert the CD-ROM that is included with the printer into the CD- ROM drive of your computer.

2.Double-click on the icon for the CD-ROM disk, and then double- click [Welcome.pdf] for the shown window. The Kyocera Mita Digital Library screen will appear.

3.Click on [the available printer product name] for the shown screen.

The selected printer’s Online Manual will appear.
