6.2TV and remote control

The TV does not switch on

Switch the TV off and on again with the switch on the bottom of the TV.

Check the power cable connection.

The TV does not respond to the remote control

The remote control might run low on power. To charge the remote control, use the charger cable supplied to connect the remote control to a USB connection on a device that is switched on. A green LED indicates the battery is fully charged.

During start-up, which can take up to two minutes with connected devices, the TV and some external devices do not immediately respond to commands from the remote control. The device is functioning normally and is not broken.

The TV switches off and the red light blinks

Switch the TV off and on again with the switch at the bottom of the TV. Check if there is enough space for ventilation. Wait until the TV has cooled down.

If the TV does not restart from standby and the blinking occurs again, call Consumer Care.
