4.To accept the changes and close the dialog box, click OK.
To accept the changes and leave the dialog box open, click Apply.
To cancel the changes and return to the default settings, click Restore Defaults.
To close the dialog box without accepting any changes, click Cancel.
To define print settings (Windows 2000/XP):
1.On the Windows desktop, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers (in Windows XP, click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes).
2.In the Printers window (in Windows XP, the Printers and Faxes window),
3.On the Page Setup or Quality tab, specify the desired printer settings.
