The application fails to install properly.

Make sure that you have uninstalled any existing Bluetooth software. If necessary, conduct a factory reset of the Pocket PC.

Bluetooth Radio icon does not appear in the “Today” screen.

Make sure that you have inserted the Adapter Card properly.

I cannot discover other devices.

1.Try moving closer to a known device.

2.Check to make sure your radio is turned “ON” (see Bluetooth Radio icon, page 13). Check to make sure you have not limited your ability to see devices via the “Search Filter” (see “Filter Button”, page 22).

My range seems to be degraded in certain groups. Check to ensure you have not restricted the transmission power (see “Connections Tab”, page 45).
