Verifying VoIP and PSTN Telephony with a Cisco MeetingPlace System

Verify that users can dial in or out of the Cisco MeetingPlace system using PSTN or VoIP.

Confirm that the server is playing meeting prompts in the correct languages.

Dial the DID number of the server.

The Cisco MeetingPlace system answers the call, and you hear the “Welcome to MeetingPlace” prompt.

Schedule an immediate meeting on each server. Join the meeting and press #31 to dial another phone number.

Scheduling and Attending New Meetings with a Cisco MeetingPlace System

Schedule and attend an immediate meeting via the phone interface.

Schedule and attend a future meeting via the phone interface.

Via the appropriate Cisco MeetingTime workstation client, log in through a System Manager profile and schedule and attend an immediate meeting.
