You can specify a customized event severity level between 0 and 7. When generating traps, the severity level you specify for the event is stored in the
Note When you customize event severity, Operations Manager continues to process the event based on its default severity. Also, severity levels 3 through 7 are undefined in Operations Manager.
You can quickly and easily restore the default name and severity for any and all events.
Customizing Event Description and Severity
