1.6.2 Basic LCM Commands

If you are going to manage the SmartSTACK 100 ELS100-16TX using LCM, you ﬁrst must connect the SmartSTACK 100 ELS100-16TX to an ASCII terminal or terminal emulator. See Section 2.5, Connecting the Local Console Manager, for instructions.

When you want to use LCM, begin by pressing the Enter key several times to get the LCM prompt (ELS100-16TX >).

Help

Displays the menu of available commands. Help can also be displayed by typing a question mark (?). The output from the help command is displayed follows.
