Interoperability

The SilkWorm 4016 supports interoperability for:

link initialization

principal switch selection

routing (FSPF)

Simple Name Service

state change notification

soft WWN zoning

SNMP facilities

translative mode (private target support on fabrics)

trunking (between two Brocade switches)

Advanced Performance Monitoring

The SilkWorm 4016 interoperates with the Brocade SilkWorm switches shown in Table 4-1.
