This document has been created to include information specific to the SilkWorm 4016 switch module running Brocade Fabric OS version 5.0.4. This switch was designed specifically to work with a blade server chassis.

This document does not support all 5.x Fabric OS versions: it is specific to the Fabric OS v5.0.4. To obtain information about a different Fabric OS version, refer to the documentation specific to your Fabric OS.
