2. Connect both AC power cables to the back of each expansion unit.

3.Connect the other end of the power cables to an AC power source.

4.For each expansion unit turn on the two power supply switches.

5.Connect one end of the AC power cable to the Sun StorEdge 5210 NAS (Figure 2-2).

Note – To connect two expansion units, the NAS server must have two RAID cards installed.

6.Repeat for the second cable.

7.Plug both power cables into an AC power source.

Caution – Both power cables must be connected before you turn on the power switch.
