1.8 Secure the Connecting Cables
Position all connecting cables such that they will not become a tripping hazard or pull loose from the chassis; secure with cable ties or velcro straps.
2.0 CONFIGURATION AND MANAGEMENT
Although no configuration is necessary to run subscriber lines at Net to Net Technologies' default settings, all IPD4000E parameter settings are software selectable via Command Line Interface (CLI), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and/or Net to Net's Network Management System (NMS). IPD4000E management capabilities depend upon the management module model installed in your chassis. Once the management module has been initialized, the interface modules installed in your IPD4000E may also be configured as desired.
